Being born and raised in Saudi, Mohammad possesses an innate connection to the culture and norms of the region.

Adel Sharif

With over 3 decades of experience in the financial sector, Adel boasts an impressive track record of working with high street investment and commercial banks including GFH Capital S.A, Gulf Islamic Investment, Venture Capital Bank and Bahrain Islamic Bank amongst others. He has served in various positions ranging from senior director to vice president. Adel’s diverse experience is supported by a solid educational background that includes an MBA in Finance.

Ashwin Kumar

With an impressive career trajectory, Ashwin has excelled as a financial advisor and strategist, drawing from his extensive experience as the former senior director at Bahrain’s sovereign wealth fund – Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company. His expertise also shines through a series of successful consulting engagements and provision of invaluable strategic advice. Ashwin's remarkable journey spans over 15 years, primarily focused on private equity and investment management.

With over a decade of experience in capital markets, Turki has successfully led multiple private equity transactions and IPOs. He began his career at ACWA Power International, followed by significant roles at the Agricultural Development Fund, the Arab Investment Company, and KAF. As Senior Vice President at eWTP Arabia Capital, Turki has contributed to the growth of various companies and committees across the MENA region. He is a board member of several organizations and holds CISI and CMA international certifications. Turki earned his MSc in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University.

Tarek is a highly accomplished and internationally experienced business professional, investor, and entrepreneur, boasting an impressive track record spanning over 17 years. His extensive expertise covers multiple industries, showcasing his remarkable versatility. Tarek has played pivotal roles in decision-making capacities in various fields and was an expatriate in 7 different countries, thus he possesses an understanding of diverse cultures and markets. Over the course of his career, he has left his mark in more than 50 global markets while working for giants such as Philip Morris International and Ajlan & Bros Holding Group, contributing significantly to areas such as strategy, investments, operations, and corporate development. Tarek’s international experience, diverse expertise, and solid educational background position him to add great value to endeavors he’s involved in.

Umair Khalid

Umair brings more than 12 years of expertise across the value chain of the investment process. He held a senior advisory position at KPMG and made significant contributions to various Saudi venture capitals and investment banks where his ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and inspire growth was highly appreciated and recognized. He also plays instrumental roles as a member of numerous investment committees and advisory boards, contributing valuable insights to their strategic decisions. Additionally, he shares his wealth of knowledge as an instructor for the CFA program and through authoring several published investment-related research papers, as well as being a respected corporate trainer, known for his ability to enhance financial proficiency in individuals and organizations.
